I didn't get my tickets. Where are they?
After your order, your tickets have to be approved before they are sent. If you ordered tickets outside of business hours, they may still need to be approved. Another issue, is that often tickets go to your junk email box. Please check your junk mail before calling or emailing. If you still can't find them, please feel free to email or call 1-866-955-6886 to have your tickets re-sent.

Why can't I get an charitable tax receipt for my raffle ticket purchase?
The Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) does not allow charities to issue a tax receipt for lotteries. However, you will be issued a tax receipt for any donation you make to a charitable organization. So if you purchase $100 in lottery tickets and make a $75 donation, we will issue a tax receipt to you for $75. More information is available on the CRA website.
